DIY Filing Kit

For DIY, the amount paid for the $197 documentation product is fully refundable if you request a refund within 48 hours after we deliver your workpapers and CPA-signed opinion letter.

Done-With-You CPA Service

For Done-With-You, everything you have paid is refundable until your CPA strategy consultation takes place. After that consultation, the consulting portion is non-refundable because the professional time has been provided, but the core documentation portion (up to $197 and no more than the amount paid toward it) remains refundable on request within 48 hours after we deliver your workpapers and CPA-signed opinion letter.

Advisor credits and upgrades

Refund eligibility, credit expiration, transferability, upgrades and the recipient of any refund are governed by the applicable purchase terms. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
