Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

By signing up for more information when submitting a request for quote, you consent to the collection and use of your email address by Ecco Qua Travel for future promotional emails (approximately 12 per year) that deal with promotions and specials we are offering. Any promotional e-mails we send will have an “Unsubscribe” option. All of the contact information that we collect is protected against unapproved access, and we will not share your e-mail address with any other company or individual.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive credit card information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

SMS/MMS Communications

1. Information Collected
   We collect your phone number (and name, if provided) only when you voluntarily submit our Vacation Request form at https://paprikatax.com/vacationrequest/. This data is used exclusively to send you SMS or MMS messages related to your travel inquiry, booking updates, itinerary confirmations, and travel support.
2. Consent & Opt‑In
   By checking the opt-in box on our form, you provide express written consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from Ecco Qua Travel. The consent text explicitly states:
   “By checking this box, you agree to receive marketing and service‑related text messages from Ecco Qua Travel. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance at any time. Your information will not be sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy for more information.”

    

3. Message Use & Frequency
   You will receive messages regarding trip proposals, booking confirmations, itinerary reminders, and customer service during travel. Frequency varies based on your travel timeline and communication preferences. We will not send texts for unrelated marketing purposes.
4. Opt‑Out / STOP
   You may opt out of receiving future SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We will immediately cease text communications and confirm your unsubscribe. You may reply START or contact us to re‑opt in. HELP is available via the keyword HELP.
5. Data Sharing
   We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Only trusted service providers (e.g., our SMS platform, secure booking tools) access your data, and they are contractually bound to confidentiality.
6. Data Security & Retention
   Your personal data is stored securely encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to employees or contractors with a business need. We retain your information in line with applicable laws and delete or anonymize it upon account termination or upon request.
7. Your Rights
